Patient Billing

For your convenience we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at 512-835-1924. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. We accept insurance as a courtesy to our patients and try to estimate coverage to the best of our abilties. Please keep in mind, however, that not all information is easily available to us and plan coverage changes regularly. What we present to the patient is only an estimate of coverage and not a guarantee of payment.
