I saw Dr. Shiki for a crown and was very pleased with the experience. Both Dr. Shiki and his assistant were friendly, efficient, and very competent. They both checked with me throughout the experience to make sure that I was comfortable and not experiencing any pain.

After delaying the placement of two dental implants for some time, I finally went in to begin the procedure with Dr. Olivares. The procedure was explained in great detail, and my expectations going forward were clearly set. The doctor took approximately 1.5 hours to place the two implants, and everything went exceptionally well. Dr. Olivares and the technician, Brandy, took excellent care of me. This morning, I experienced minimal residual pain and overall feel great. My recent visit to Lifetime Dental on Parmer was about as good as it gets for a dental appointment—especially when it involves something as unpleasant as a back molar issue.

After a quick and smooth check-in, I was politely reminded that I was well overdue for my follow-up appointment. The staff took the time to properly explain the importance of maintaining good oral health, which I genuinely appreciated.

Once the catch-up work began, the dental team performed several scans and thorough examinations. Unfortunately, it was revealed that one of my back molars could not be saved and required removal.

I was given the option to schedule the procedure for a later date or to move forward immediately. Based on their professional advice, I agreed it was best to take care of it right away rather than postpone it.
